Ethan_legitsneakers on instagram has been around since 2019..at least from tweets I've found accusing of scamming. This user is not alone and has several people working. "Ethan" is a teenage shoe plug who uses the excuse of "you have to zelle my mom or dad because they control my money" He offers "sales today" will offer paypal, zelle and cash app. They claim to be part of the Houston Sneaker Summit. Once you send the money he blocks you. There are other accounts on instagram like ethan_legitsneakersscammer etc. I have messaged them, the stories are the same but the names on bank accounts are different. Example: Ryan Rudd, Torri Morgan, Dustin Bourgeois. I have found their addresses, and their personal social media accounts. Police isn't doing their part as they are still on the streets doing this to people. All these criminals reside in Houston.
