Got a message on my cell phone, supposedly from my friend, Pat. it said that she was hoping i had heard the good news. I asked what she meant, and she texted me that it was concerning The Empowerment Program which expands opportunities for empowerment, independent life and economic self-sufficiency by helping people like retirees, non-retired, also, to start a new business, disabilities bridge barriers to success and students with their school fees with cash. and supposedly, she had just applied, and was under processing right now. I replied that that was good news for her. Then the imposter asked if she should give me the agent contact that helped her. I said I was interested. Next thing I know, I was contacted by Ethan Welch. facebook.com/EthanwelchA. He asked me to click on that link and add him and message him that I want to apply for it. Then said DO it and let me know. I didn't do exactly as they asked, I did not go to the facebook address, but, I did add him to my message, and requested to apply. then qasked me if he had contacted me yet, and that I was to let them know when that happened. Anyway, he wanted my full name, my mother's maiden name,address, age, sex, phone number,monthly income cash and cheque (this is the spelling that was used) . and told the just answer the questions alone, and send it to them right NOW. Instead, I called my friend Pat, to see how she did that, and she said she had NOT ever heard of that, and did not SEND THIS INFO TO ME. Thank God, I called her first......Just seemed sooo impossible!
