My check was fraudulently altered and %529.99 was paid to Eternal Web LLC. I went to my bank and talked to the manager and provided all the documents.

I think what happened was back in February they called me and said that my computer software was out of date and I need to install a new one. They directed me over the phone to allow them into my computer and they asked me to scan my check for this service fee.

The installation did nothing to my computer.
