After applying to position on Linkedin I was contacted and interviewed and within a day I apparently had a new job. They claimed I would need to purchase home office equipment and that they would send me a check to do so but to only use mobile deposit. They emailed a picture for me to use as a mobile check deposit and the check had multiple red flags. When I took the check to the bank my suspicions were confirmed when the manager made a list of everything wrong with it.
