This scam start off by them sending me an email letting me know about moving forward with an interview for a job I applied for. The Interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams and all further communication was through there as well. After a long interviewing process and being accepted for the position I was informed to continue the on boarding process to move forward with the position. They assured me that once I purchase all necessary items for the job (new apple products and gifts cards for the software) I had in-depth instructions on who to send them to and how to send them. By the time I had figured out what was happening I had already maxed out my CC and it was too late. Please do not fall for this. Im still having problems until this day with my accounts being compromised.

Seen the ad for part time remote work from home opportunity, so I messaged S******** Keck through Facebook messenger as advised. Asked for details about company to "research" and was given www.estiahealth.com.au When I pulled it up on personal computer (not through link she sent), I found the scam from 5-15-23 in Texas. I am in Ohio. These people are ridiculous!

I received an email about a job that I was a perfect candidate for, went back and forth about interviewing questions nothing I gave that wasnt public knowledge already. Once they started talking about emailing me a check to pay for all the work equipment I would need to purchase it got suspicious when asked if I was being scammed no reply

I was sent an email from a recruiter, George Bernard, after applying for jobs through Career Builder and Indeed. I was instructed to contact Natalie Ballard through Microsoft Teams for the next step on the interview process, A two part extensive interview was completed before moving forward with a third interview and job description I was accepted to proceed further. A check was then sent to me priority USPS with tracking number to purchase the equipment and software needed for the home office to input client healthcare information contracted by the state for Estia Health Firm retirement communities. The check sent to me was from Cable and Wireless Technologies, Inc. with a note from Mr. John Lewis and additional instructions to copy all expenses spent and report to Natalie Ballard to account for all money, time and compensation for payroll. After depositing the check, 5/3 froze my accounts, flagged it for fraudulent activity and all funds made unobtainable until the investigation is closed. A returned check fee will be due on my end. This also means that all personal money in other accounts I owned through 5/3 will be unavailable through Christmas and moving to a home for my family will cease for the time being. Merry Christmas. The bank has decided to terminate all good standing accounts I own through them due to high risk.
