I placed an online on 11/25/21 to take advantage of the gift with purchase (the 29 Beauty Essentials). I ordered two other items at the time. I was charged for the entire purchase but only received a $10 item. I reached out for help; and then I received my other item even though I told them I did not receive two items. I reach out again, that I still did not receive the 29 Beauty Essentials gift set. They reassured me that I will be receiving them. I get a false tracking - false, because only the LABEL is created but no movement. I reached out again, they keep blaming UPS/shipping. However, that makes no sense since other items were shipped ?? I kept getting the run around with no time of when I will receive the item. Same robotic replies. It is the shipping delay and I will get it when I get it. They have no ETA. In the mean time, they were still promoting the gift set. They were selling something they had no intention or have no idea when it will ship. Finally after about a month of run around, I asked for a refund. In this day and age, they said it will take two days to receive a confirmation email and another 10 days to receive the refund!!! So I am still out the money and my product. The entire experience has been horrific. Please DO NOT purchase anything from esteelauder.com
