I ordered 2 shirts from them and paid extra for express shipping on October 2, 2020. I have emailed several times and got completely different excuses each time. I have a dispute opened with PayPal. I have still not received my order or refund. The attached image said they would “apply” for a refund if I dropped the dispute. Why would I need to drop it if they were refunding me?
