Purchased a sweatshirt for my granddaughter based on the link she provided to order her Christmas present on 12/25/2024. I have received two emails from someone by the name of Aaron Jee after inquiry with the email address that says "don't worry your order has been shipped and you will receive it within a 4-5 days. Still no merchandise

I purchased 2 Essentials Hoodie Seeatshirt and never received the product. I sent an email and no response. I attempted to call and received only a voicemail. No person has ever communicated with me.

Placed 2 separate orders of Essentials Hoodies for $170 each on November 30th 2024. Never received merchandise. Emailed them January 17th 2025 their response was "Don't worry your order has been shipped and you will receive it within a 4-5 days. " Still no response or tracking#. Total Scam
