Essentials Hero fulfilled an order for 8 Flowflex Covid test kits that were counterfeits. After realizing the tests were counterfeit, I reached out to the company to get replacements - as I had ordered from the company before and had no reason to believe they wouldn't immediately replace the counterfeit ones. They initially didn't respond, but when prodded, they did respond and said replacements would be sent. Those were never received and two additional emails were sent to the company which were never answered.

I'm guessing the owner of the company is somebody who jumped into this business during the beginning of the pandemic thinking it was an easy way to make a quick buck by doing nothing more than putting up an e-commerce website and getting his hands on pandemic related products that the general public were clamoring for.

At the very best it's a young and inexperienced owner in way over their head and at the very worst, it's a owner who will get his hands on anything to sell to the general public and doesn't care if it's counterfeit or not. Either way, the business practices are poor and the general public should be aware.
