In order to get the $75 gift card I had to buy something (hemp oil and CBD relief cream, just paying $4.98 and $6.96 shipping respectively). I paid those amounts on 11/21/2020. And on 12/06/2020 the amounts of $98.90 and $95.88 was taken out of checking account which I never approved and didn't know about. I called the number above and was hung up on. I called back and talked to Agent 380 (no name) he told me all they could do was give me 25% back. I told him I didn't want 25%, I want the whole amount . He wouldn't hear no more and hung up.
