This company is actually "selling" something that isn't even theirs. The product was advertised on the WISH app for just $5. When the purchase is made, the item is ordered through WISH and shipped directly from China. It doesn't even have the Essential Brace logo anywhere on the brace. The item is actually called the Power Knee. The Essential Brace "company" is just a shell company marking an item up $45 for doing absolutely nothing. They don't even touch the product, and it looks absolutely nothing like what they show on their website!

They only guarantee it for 30 days but it takes longer than 30 days to receive it, since it comes from China. So refunds are impossible. Also, they offer a credit towards the product if you leave a review *for the product* right after purchase - instead of leaving a review after you receive the product, like you should. So their reviews are verified purchases, but the people don't even actually have the item yet! Also, since the item is a cheap chinese knock-off, it doesn't work. It is painful, digs in to my leg, the hard plastic support piece is not covered with cloth at all, the springs don't actually kick in until you're all the way down in a complete squat (which people with bad knees don't be doing anyway) and the straps don't hold very well.
