Type of a scam Online Purchase
I reported fraud to my credit card company and was able to get on a 3way call with the company who said that In the order confirmation email it says, I agree to subscribe to their product; this is at the end of their email order confirmation and is NOT made clear in Any part of the official looking part of the receipt (see attached photo)
They offered me a 30% refund in 3-5 business days, on the phone and when I said No I want 100%. Apple, the customer service rep I was speaking with, then offered me 50% immediately. I said again I want 100% so now I have to pay $9.99USD for a Return Authorization Number AND pay for my own postage to ship it back to them to get my 100% refund, which from BC to Ontario is a minimum of $16 CAD.
All of this for a product that does NOT meet their claims and includes the time of WHEN the order was placed not when it was received by the customer in the '14 day trial period'.
