I ordered from this site weeks ago got charged the proper amount even has a tracking app but when writing them no reply or phone number I need answers I still have the receipt from the email order saying it was shipped please help me find out where my product is or my money returned thanks shannon

I paid 75.35 in total for two wigs from the so called site. I made my purchase on March 11th and here it is 25 days later and still no response. When I emailed them they claimed shipping was behind due to Corona I'd have to wait another 7 to 25 days. That was two days after my purchase which I also paid for expedited shipping. I emailed several times after and still no response. I've asked for a refund and still no response. There is no contact number and the shipper is saying China post( can't contact them either) this is bull [censored] scammers plain and simple. People be aware those shopping ads that pop up all over Facebook are NOTHING BUT SCAMS!????

I've ordered $140 worth of hair products on a online site and haven't heard anything from the site. Ive being complaining sending emails and I finally got one saying that they can't find my order asked me to send them pictures of proof that ordered from them. I sent them pictures with my order number and there's still no response I asked for my money back no response.
