I was trying to book a flight through skyscanner and the flight that I chose was a united flight. Instead, it went through a company called esky even when I tried to pull up the United Airlines website to book directly through them. I thought it was the same company and I chose the option to get a refund or a change because the meeting I was going to attend was not 100% confirmed because of my health. When I decided to cancel the flight, I requested the change online and I was only refunded about $5. The flight is still active on the esky website and I keep receiving emails from them as if I'm traveling. When I called them to find out what is going on, they said they are not United Airlines but somehow their website overrides the official website of United Airlines which is misleading and can be and should be investigated.

I made a plane reservation on Delta Airlines website then was charged $159 by eSky from Warsaw, Poland. Don't know this company and DIDN'T approve this charge.
