I scheduled an appointment for a rhinoplasty procedure booked for January 2024 on Friday, August 11th. I canceled the procedure two days later on Sunday, August 13th, because I had second thoughts about it. On the initial zoom "free" consultation, I was prompted by the consulting advisor (Desaree Urtez) to open a credit account with Alphaeon Credit. I received a bill from Alphaeon Credit in the mail on August 25th for over $200, tell me to begin paying for a procedure that I hadn't even received yet. I called the credit union and told them to cancel my account entirely. I spoke with Desaree on Thursday, August 31st about my plans to cancel the procedure and she informed me that I would still need to pay the business $1000 for canceling. I will not be paying for a service/procedure that I did not get.
