I just started a cleaning service and its only been publish for about a week now.I received a call from a Jhon Rivera stating he is a realestate consultant and needs a cleaning service to clean future properties.He sends a email with the “terms and qualifications” stated we needed a 25,000 dollar bond.Well bonds are only obtained by licensed contractors so we told him we don't have a contractor license.He informed us it will be ok we can just be sub-contractors and work under their insurance policy we would just have to pay $800 up front. We asked if we could meet with them so he sent an address which was to a Realtor company who had no idea who they were. We proceeded to ask them to send proof this was the franchise number they gave L15310919 which pops up but not under the names that were on the first email which listed investors such as George Ramirez and Kieth Johnson. All of the phone number were from a text now app. Also told us to send the money through western union to Nicaraguan.These people will say anything to make you feel as if they are real.Lucky we didn’t send them a dime but watch out small business owners.
