I ordered from escala cause I got a comment on instagram telling me to be their "brand ambassador". I accepted I but shouldn't have they stole my £10.83 and gave me nothing. I ordered back in September 2020 and now it's March 2021. I tried contacting them multiple times but got no replies at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Paid 39$ for shipping, and orders 7 items, that was 50 days ago. When I try to communicate I get ignored.. scam don’t fall for it.

I’m hesitant to order...Other people in their reviews aren’t really happy with their experience. Should I try, or not...? I have a feeling it’s a scam, but also a good idea. Did anyone receive their items, or not? Bc it seems like a good deal.

I was contacted through Instagram DM from this brand to receive free jewelry and I would only have to pay for shipping. This person was messaging me back and forth until I placed the order. Once placed, I received a confirmation of the order, however weeks went by and I never received a shipping confirmation. I tried to contact the company through email and no response. I also tried through Instagram DM, which was the initial form of contact. I got no response, but it showed the message was seen. Over a month passed and I heard nothing and I found someone else who ordered from the company and had the same experience. You never receive the products and they are just taking your money.
