A man identifying himself as Sgt. Joey Davis from the Esc. County Sheriff's office called and said that my granddaughter was stopped and marijuana and other things were found in the vehicle. He said she needed to post bond of $8,000. He directed me to Target to purchase gift cards and said we were under a gag order. Target refused so I went to Pen Air Credit Union and they also refused and called the Sheriff's office.
