I purchased 6 pairs pants for $52 AUD on 1st June 2023. I diligently watched the tracking and over a month later, the tracking showed parcel was delivered. I checked my place from head to toe - no package to be found.
I contacted Australia Post who stated they never had a package with my tracking number ever recorded with them.
Australia Post suggested I contact them and ask them to follow up.
I contacted Eryre who then offered to send out a replacement package with expected delivery to be within 7-30 days. No tracking details were supplied this time, so I got in touch with the company weekly to follow up. They finally declared after 3 weeks that the shipping company lost my package. I requested a refund in full to which they stated they were only authorised to provide part of the refund as they lost money in shipping. I stated that that was not my issue and expect a refund in full within 30 days. I stated that they should hold their shipping company accountable and request reimbursement from them after paying my refund. At less than a week to go until that 30 days ends, I do not expect to see said refund. And if I do, I will be very surprised.
No pants, no refunds

Eryre- same as stories above. Do not buy from them they do not send anything or respond to emails. SCAM!

I too ordered 6 pairs of the wide legged pants. I paid for faster shipping. I was able to view tracking from China to the US, this went on for over 15 days. I finally got a notification that the pants were at a location where I had to pick them up. What?’ According to the map, they were in my neighborhood without a clear address. The next day the tracking said they were delivered. I never received them. I emailed the company and the tracing company. Eyere.com never got back to. The tracking company said they had no affiliation with the shipper. I’m sure it is a scam. I read the reviews which I’m sure are fake. Do not buy from this company

I ordered 6 pairs of wide-legged pants from this site. The shipping took a few weeks when it originally said 5-7 business days. Once I received the item, it was NOT 6 pairs of pants, it was a rollup reusable bag. So, I emailed the company to say they shipped the wrong item and that I would a) like to know where my actual order is or b) receive a full refund. When I got a response back, they asked me to PAY for the return shipping of the wrong item before they issued a full refund or that I could keep the reusable bag and they would give me a 40% refund. I started to look into social media comments on this company and realized I was not the only one going through the same exact event. Others were receiving random items as well and not their order. Most lost out on their money. I would like to see this site shut down before more people are scammed. When I originally ordered it was supposed to ship from California, not China. Nowhere on the site does it mention anything about drop shipping or that it is shipped from China either. The contact information is a screenshot for somewhere in the UK as well. Overall, this is a scam to steal peoples money.
