Got an email with an invoice from Norton and called the number to dispute charge. The person answering the phone did not state company name and sounded unprofessional. He said someone would be calling back and to be near my computer so he could walk me through how to cancel the charge. Was going to have me download some form. When the man called me back I told him this was a scam and I was going to contact the BBB.
