Date Name or Signature of ticket purchaser Day Time Phone" caused me to be suspicious. I did not reply and attempted to contact the company by phone over the next three days. Someone always answerd the phone, but they immediately transfered me to a line that just repeated, "Due to high call volume...". I waited as long as one hour on one occasion and tried the line eight different times. I never made contact with a person. The company charged my credit card account. I contacted the airlines, and there is NO ticket under my name.
