We recently ordered a pair of basketball shoes off a website called Erloozoo.com. We received the shoes in a timely manner and everything seemed fine until the sole of the shoes tore after wearing in a gym for 4 hours. We contacted the company (through email only) and have been given the run around. I called Under Armour to see if they would stand behind their product since we bought the Under Armour Stephen Curry shoes and they confirmed they were fake. I am still in the process of trying to get our $119 refunded but no luck so far.

This website needs to be shut down immediately since they are selling items that are not as advertised. The contact person or email I have been communicating with is "Kitty" at [email protected].
