They contacted me about a Data Entry at home position for $35 an hour. They had me sign tax forms for work then proceeded to send me a check that I assumed was to pay for Equipment that I was required to have for the job. They sent $3550 that I was to print out cut out then mobile deposit it. My bank stated some businesses since COVID have done this but not the way they did it. As soon as they requested $1000 of the money back I immediately went to the bank and reported it to the bank as fraud. The money is currently sitting in my bank account waiting for the fraud department to close my account. Police came and took a report as they threatened to use my personal information for I don't know what. I've already contacted social security. And police advised me to contact you as they used what seems like a legit company online.
