They have pictures, testimonials and use a series of interview emails to create a legitimate puppy purchasing option. They screen the family, send you a contract and offer convenient payment through Zelle, Paypal and others which do offer protected transactions making it feel secure. They prey on those who have an emotional story to replace a lost pet, a child gift or another set of emotions that cause you to trust. They scam your money and then quit returing calls, texts and emails. They will send you a series of pictures and the outline for receipt of your dog within 24 hours. I hope to stop them
