I ran an ad in Kijiji and he answered he did not explain the Policy upfront before signing up he asked for a registration fee of $120 CAD. Then he said it will only work when I opened an International Bank Account however I could not open one since I do not live in Australia. He told me in addition I will have to pay $300 to deposit into this online bank. So I backed off and he keeps insisting that I open this Bank account. I believe he is trying to scam me. Also he won't refund my money and kept demanding that I open this bank account online.
