Large sum of Money left in a Codicil for me in Canada by a Canadian patients.

A copy of an Obituary of someone I cared for when he was in the USA, sent to me by Eric Howard of Eric Howard & Partners and later changed to Linford and Partners. Eric Howard sent me several documents bearing different judges name from the Canadian Probate court, who are dealing with this Codicil. Canadian Case # T--840-73. Per Eric Howard, I have to pay Canadian taxes, Canadian Court cost, border Taxes... I have paid a total of close to 250,0000. funds were made out and mailed out to Nashwan Richard TCA Group LLC and CRA Group LLC. All of these checks were mailed to Nashwan Richard, Shanta Wilson, 1924 East Eager St. Balitimore MD 21205, different addresses 1615 Ward Court . I Baltimore MD 21201 I have not heard from Eric Howard after these fund were sent. I have tried several time calling Eric Howard, but different people answer. I reported this case and furnished all information to the Detective in my area, who indicated, that he forwarded my file to the authorities CIA, or FBI.? to this time I have not heard from anyone. I will appreciate any advise.
