I ordered 4 swimsuits online on 2/25/20 for over $100 from ereswim. I paid with PayPal and the money was deducted from my bank account on 2/26/20. I have not received any swimsuits. I received an email on 3/4/20 saying some of the products were out of stock (although it did not say which ones) and it said to contact customer service to replace or cancel. I decided to cancel. I sent email to [email protected] to cancel the entire order on 3/4/20. I have heard no reply. I have followed up with additional emails asking for a refund and the status of my order on 3/9/20 and 3/13/20 to no avail. I cannot find a phone number to call. I looked online and saw where this company, ereswim, is possibly a scam. They have no business address or phone number or name to identify them. The information on my bank account says: IAT Withdrawal IAT PAYPAL x6329 SHA MEN PAO BU ZHE DIAN ZI SHANG WU.
