First received a call from 8555956008 stating “This message is solely intended for (my name) my name is Chloe Butler this is your final notification regarding the physical documents I'll be making several attempts to serve you at your residence or your place up employment tomorrow between 10 AM and 1 PM if I can't reach her at either of these locations this will be documented as a direct refusal and you will miss your court date if you have any further questions or concerns contact the filing party's office directly at 469-300-5228…” when you call the 469 number only they say is you have a summons for a debt for huntings bank. Does not give amount of while they are trying to collect on only you will find out when the summons is served. They also can not tell me which court the summons was filed through. When asked name of debt Collection Agency was told ENR or E&R would not say which one it was or where they were located out at. Said I was not even suppose to be able to call them or have their number. They are not allowed to give out their address or any other information now that the summons has been issued. They then told me to hold and hung up on me. When you call them back it not longer rings it only plays music and nobody ever answers.
