I went through the process of purchasing a horse trailer. The business was very communicative during the contract signing process. I was given a tracking number that showed accurate information of the transaction at that time. The payment was transferred, my delivery was scheduled, and my tracking information showed my shipment was being scanned for delivery. I then later checked on my tracking information to see that my shipment had been damaged in transit and an insurance company was assessing the damage and I should receive a report. It's at this point that all communication ended with the business. I emailed and text/called daily for three weeks to try and receive updates, with no response.

I then checked the website and it is no longer working. I now have to enter a username and password to enter the site and takes me to a 401 page not found error message. I tried opening this on multiple devices.
