I've contacted them through email to ask for refund, its been over a month. They sayWe understand that you would like to cancel your order due to the temporary shipping delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding during this high-demand period.

In accordance with our store policy, we typically are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the fulfillment process. Given that your order is currently on backorder and has already started progressing through the fulfillment stages, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate your cancellation request at this time.

We understand that this situation is not ideal, and we want to assure you that we are working diligently to expedite the delivery of your order. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

they can't refund my money.
