Epichop markets in ads with very beautiful dresses. You order it, pay for it, and then there is an extremely long delay until anything arrives. This is on purpose because you only have 30 days from the order to return. Although if you try to return anything, the only mailing address you have is the shipping agent in the USA who is just the one who mails it to you and not the company. The shipping agent is: Gary Lin, Yesing International Inc. 5125 Schaefer Ave., Chino, California 91710. When you try to research how to contact the vendor who is Epichop - their e mail does not work - there is no phone number to call, there is not an evident way to contact the vendor at all. The item that they send you is an extremely poor quality dress about size 18 with strings hanging all over. No one could wear that. I looked at the site that is TRUSTPILOT for reviews and found a very consistent practice of scamming people, getting them to buy their dresses, taking a very long time to deliver, sending a poor quality dress that no one could ever wear, and then not being able to return the product or contact the vendor in any way. The only return address is the shipping agent who is probably in on the whole deal. All of the reviews are the same. I just did not look at the reviews ahead of time but this really is not ok and looks like a very prominent practice of scamming women. Also apparently according to one review, the tracking sticker that they put on the mailer is not even a tracking code according to the United States Post Office. But looks just like one.

Order a dress from Epichop.com which was pictured on their website. Contacted them to find out where my dress was on April 3rd via there email address [email protected]. Never heard from them. Received a package with no name of the company on envelope but a dress that was a different color and style and cheaply made and looked nothing like I ordered. I want my money back.
