We purchased ready to assemble steel garage storage systems (2) through Facebook Marketplace. After 6 weeks we received a necklace. In total there were 9 email conversations stating the wrong product was received. They have lied to us stating carriers are delivering the wrong packages. When in fact it came via USPS. They offered 30% off the necklace, which we denied. We have requested a full refund and they are now saying we need to return the incorrect item. They are requesting we send them the tracking number and if there are no problems with the product once received they will refund the money.
