On investigation, the phone number he provided is a residence in Austin TX. When I questioned him, he became indignant, wouldn't provide additional information, and eventually hung up when I asked him to email me his credentials/information or provide a website.
"Dr. Fletcher" used our website info to suggest that senior officials in our organization had asked him to call.
