I had a couple of unauthorized transactions prior to the reason i am filing this claim which were never resolved. I overdrafted an estimate of $400 and something and over draft fees were added on top of that. Which i know it did not exceed the $500 mark. I was e mailed that my account would be closed if the balance wasn't paid which i replied that there's a direct deposit scheduled to be added and it would cover the balance . They later e mailed me saying they have decided to close my account that any funds remaining would be sent in check and if the direct deposit that was scheduled to be added, would not be accepted and returned to issuer or sent in check form also. Not only did they allow the deposit to be accepted into a closed account they doubled the balance owed then sent the rest in check
