I ordered my order November 6th, 2017. Which totaled 36 dollars in shipping costs. It is now December 26th 2017, and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation or my order. I went to email the only support email they had and it returned 3 times as a disabled email address. With no other means of contact I went to their Facebook page and messaged them. As I was looking at the reviews I realized I wasn't the only one.
