On Facebook they attached advertising to Shark Tank Facebook page a product about keto weight loss I remember checking a agreement for $3.95 s/h for products but I don’t remember anything about a monthly charge of 97.67 or 98.71 automatic withdrawal if not cancelled in the 14 day trial period. So I called the company and stated my complaint that no notification came threw email that the withdrawal was going to occur and requested a refund. At first he said no , then it went to 35% refund then 50% refund on both products if I gave him my word that I would not contact BBB. Because I would not agree not to contact BBB, he stated he would not cancel my subscription if I was going to contact BBB. SO I SENT AN EMAIL requesting to cancel my subscription. Because of his last “threat” of not going to cancel the subscription I am writing you this complaint. Something is not right here
