While on the computer it froze, and a message appeared from "microsoft" that we needed to download this security for our computer. They said it would cost over1,00 dollars. we did not send money because we said the bank was closed. After contacting our bank they told this was a scam and we should unplug our computer. We did this and upon their advice took the computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. The technician stated this was a hack and fraud. The are fixing our computer, The hackers took a scan of my Illinois drivers license. The scammers have contacted us by phone several times (844-441-0909} we have not answered.
