I was contacted from Mrs. Laura Ward phone # 425-292-6244 to set up an interview with Mr. Robert William HR Dept. of Envisioncare. I had an interview online on google hangout and all information sent to me looked legit. But at the end of the interview they said they were going to send me a check to purchase software from their selected vendor. I was supposed to send in employment and W4 forms via email To [email protected]. I decided to contact the company personally by phone. They said they had been hacked and that it seemed to be in Washington only at this time.
