I purchased the biodermrx for my wife and i ordered just the sample bottle, however the sent me a regular bottle, and then charged my account $199.00 and kept shipping more bottles. I tryed to fing there phone number on the invoice but none to be found.

I did find a phone number for the company today so I will try that nimber. I shall keep you posted.

Do not purches because you may not be able to cansel.

I ordered two face products online for the cost of shipping. I looked closely at what I was ordering and it indicated it was a sample of the product. There was NOTHING indicating they would charge me for the products after a trial period or that it was a monthly order. I was charged $212 two weeks later!!! I've spoken with their customer service only to be given the run around multiple times and they will only offer a 50% refund. The first time I called to cancel so I wouldn't continue to be charged, the woman only cancelled one of the two accounts (I didn't know the two products were listed separately). She intentionally left one active, which I found out about the second time I called. The manager was "unavailable" to speak with me.

This company invites you to try a skin product for free just by paying the ship/handle fee. They do not tell you they will automatically mail you more product and charge your $118. when you call to cancel they want the left over mailed back in order to cancel at your expense of shipping fee once again. The product does not work it does not make your skin look any younger as promoted in ad. I feel this is a scam because they do not tell you in advance about mailing additional and automatically charging you. I had to cancel my credit card in order to get them to stop sending!!!

They send a trial offer for just shipping and handling cost but add other item you do not offer. Then you are sent full size products at prices over $100 dollars and do this time after time phone numbers and ways to cancel by email do not work. Customer service people are from India hard to understand and you are good they do not refund. They are nothing but a scam
