I was wanting to get my moms air ducts and vents cleaned due to her medical condition and seen a add on Facebook posted by Brad Bergeron, I asked him questions through messenger about the service and I read the post and they said it’s 100% satisfaction guaranteed and they would clean her air vents, duct work, and outflow vents They show pictures of the trucks with the equipment and also shows them using a large machine to collect the debris that comes out of vents and air ducts. I thought it was a legit company. So we schedule them to come out on Friday February 24th. Two men showed up in a PT Crusier they where not professionally dressed and did not have identification on them, we automatically was uncomfortable with there presence. They unloaded a shop vacuum and a small air hose. I asked them several times why they didn’t have the equipment that was shown in the advertisement but got no response. All they did was suck out dirt in floor vents. They did not clean out the outflow vents that air in wall that would obviously be where most of the dirt would be, they didn’t clean anything around the furnace, they went into crawl space took 3 pictures and said it would be a extra $2400 to clean it. I obviously told them no cause I already felt they was frauds when only equipment was a shop vacuum and small air hose. They never touched the outflow vents which are located in wall towards ceiling, which would be one of the main places that would need to be cleaned. I have now seen several posts on Facebook with the exact same wording but different people owning the business. I tried to reach out to Brad to let him know that we did not get the service he had promised us and he hasn’t responded back. I stopped payment on the check Saturday after several attempts to contact them with no response. I have taken pictures of the equipment they show on their website and there is not one picture or statement saying they use a standard small shop vacuum. It is now Monday and still no response from this Brad. That has caused me to believe this is a fake company. If you need further information that I have not provided please let me know. Thank you
