E touch is one of many life line services that have corrupt software and won't secure it to not get corrupted from web sites and very cheap and sometimes used phones that won't last long, why don't government shut down life line or restart it and use American call center workers ?

Entouch Wireless .... they offer phones to the disabled, and them turn around and take your free minutes, and shut down your service. They claim you have used them and have to pay $20. I know I haven’t used mine, and that they are telling falsehoods. Thus needs to end , confront them please , and stop their scam.
