I had a call from Lucille Bailey ###-###-#### and was told Entergy was coming out to suspend service at my home and that the amount in arrears was $499+ I said I would pay a portion of the amount and was transferred to a “billing supervisor “ who wanted me to send a payment using Zelle. I did that and fortunately the bank canceled it. The person I spoke to and who instructed me to get a Moneypak card, only the green one made of paperboard with a scratch off on the back- his name was given as Peter S***** and I was directed to call him back at ###-###-####. In the meantime I spoke to my son who had already paid Entergy and he told me it was a scam. The man called me back and I told him I knew this was a scam and was immediately disconnected.
