I was traveling out of town to my second residence, I went on the website, it states PayPal, cash app, and Zelle as payment options. We live in a digital world, and I thought the website was legitimate. So before placing the order it states, do not place an order unless your ready to pay. You do not pay on the website, you place the order, and they send you a link via text. Now in text, again they stated that I had to be ready to pay, in which I stated that I am. I sent over the money, and was told it would be delivered by Friday April 9, 2023; nothing showed up. Reached out thru email, to find out what the situation is with my package. They were very rude in answering emails, but I was assured it was on the way. Then Saturday April8, 2023 I received an email stating that my order was complete, but I was yet to receive my package. Now I'm sending emails requesting my money back no answer. So I contact cash app and they can't help me. It is now April 10, 2023 no response on my request for refund, they also changed the layout of the website, which I was able to go into from my laptop, after going to the website from my cell phone that I made all initial contact the website will not load, MEANING THEY HAVE INTERCEPTED and I can't access from my phone.
