I received a phone call from someone claiming to be the debt collector of SpeedyCash (which I do have a loan with). They threatened me with federal charges and listed them, saying I wrote bad checks from my bank, I have never written a check! They messed up my social security number when telling me and refuse to send me anything via email or U.S. mail. They forced me to set up a payment arrangement for Feb 26 on my debit card stating it was for 1000, and I called today and said I will not be paid by that date so I need to reschedule the payment, and the lady yelled at me, saying she can't change it and is going to add more charges to me etc. Now I am being informed that someone set up Chase bank accounts in my name! I just want to know what's going on
