I googled enterprise car rental phone number. Called to reserve a car. They said I needed a major credit card in the state of Florida, and that American Express gift card works the same as major credit card. They “booked” my reservation and said to call back with my reservation number to prepay for my rental. They completely scammed $610 from me (last year I was not able to rent a car in FL without a major credit card, so it seemed explainable at the time)
I filed a police report along with FBI. American Express did NOTHING to help

He said they work for enterprise and we can rent the card with a prepaid credit card. We were told billing an corporation would process payment as corporate was the only one that can take that form of payment. We have forgotten the physical card at home. They said they needed a card to swipe as the dont have apple pay.

Found a phone number online for what we thought was Enterprise Car Rental.  They wanted payment by Goto Money card.   Called them back with the numbers from the back of the card.
