Called to say they had a cutoff work order for our church and wanted us to go to the payment center with cash or debit card only and by Reload cards (some type of gift card) for a minimum payment. The people on the phone had our Entergy account #'s. We did go thru with getting the cards, but did not pay due to not being able to get back in touch with them. Our power was never disconnected. And after getting suspicious, I called the Entergy business office and was told that this is not how they do business and the number was not one of theirs. I am sure may people are taken in because of the account information that they have.
