They posed as a survey from Costco with a gift after finishing. They used their logo and had links to Costco website. You pick the gift but have to pay for shipping. Mine was $2.95 for shipping. Entered credit info and got billed $39.99. They did send confirmation email. Called customer service and was told I paid to enter a drawing and some how selected an upgrade for better chances to win, which I didn't. They said I must have missed the terms and conditions, which I never saw. They said I had to get money back from bank and the billing already went through.
