I was in need of a engine and I talked to a Bob Williams and he sent me a invoice and I wired the money and I got a receipt through a email but that was it I waited for the tracking number then I called and emailed they kept on telling me it was coming then I got tired of it and said I wanted my money back and I filed a complaint with the BBB and then I got a message from a Darren the supposed owner that was in Australia he said he would refund my money then he emailed me a couple more times let's just say I never got my money back [email protected] this is his email it was signed Darren Hand Director +61 414435651

I was talked into purchasing a used transmission from these people. I wired money into their account upon receiving a very official looking invoice via email. They then sent me a receipt and vague shipping details via email. After never receiving detailed shipping info and tracking info I started questioning where the part was at. They continued to lead me on for a bit longer. I then attempted to recall my funds. I text them that I had done so and asked that they keep the transmission and return my funds. They tried to assure me the part was coming. I did not believe them and told them I was filing a police report which I did. After that there was no more contact and they had already closed their account and there were no funds available to recall. Now they are non existent. I talked mostly with a guy named Bob Williams. I also was passed onto the account manager, David and the manager, Josh. They might have even all been the same guy for all I know. They had heavy accents. I learned a hard lesson as they took me for $1430.00.

Bob ******** with ENT-America supposedly sells OEM parts . I exchanged several emails back and forth about a certain part and he had one . I asked about the payment options and he said wire transfer only. That struck me really odd so I asked about supplying me with his company EIN and Mr ******** has stopped replying.
