These people called me on the phone and said that they could see my computer was running slowly and asked if I needed help with my computer. I gave them my SS# and my back card info. They charged me $350 for a lifetime warranty and they want to charge me another $250 for more software. Since they started working on my computer it now runs worse and I can't even access my email.
