Enrique Caloca will try to sell you a used car claiming it is in good condition that was previously considered no longer serviceable and totaled. He purchases these cars from insurance companies in car auctions and tries to fix them himself, and other people he has, lacking the proper authorization to work in the USA. Be careful and aware that these vehicles will have several hidden problems and conditions, and he will not fix them for you, and if he does, he will charge you for that. Once he gets a customer like me, that complains about the service or owes him the money back because of a verbal agreement for a trade-in, he will ignore your phone calls and texts. He doesn't write a purchase contract. He employs *** *** to work for him in his business, possibly evades taxes because everything is verbal with him, and in the end he will try to get as much money out of you for a used car, claiming that is because he doesn't do credit checks. Do not buy a vehicle or do any business with him. He owes me 900 dollars and keeps hiding to avoid paying me back.
